smoking permitted in people's own homes (except when children or vulnerable people live there) smoking in public places only in designated areas all other places enforced smoke free At the very least the Occupational Health and Safety Act ought to be enforced so that NO SMOKING happens in any workplace which includes restaurants, hotels, pubs, clubs etc. If you smoke, please read To Those Who Smoke.
